Join the Club

We invite you to join your colleagues by becoming a member of the Faculty Club. Membership is open to faculty, staff, graduate students and members of the community who support UCSD. Join today and start enjoying the benefits of Faculty Club membership. Faculty Club members are also entitled to privileges at reciprocal clubs.

To become a member, visit the front desk weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. to complete a Membership Application or download the form and bring it to the Faculty Club. Membership dues appear below.

Departmental memberships allow multiple faculty members in the same department to use the department's membership card for Club lunches and events. Departments are charged $210 per account semiannually in January and July. Download Department Membership Application.

Initiation Fee

• All new members pay a one-time initiation fee of $200.
• Faculty, staff and graduate students who have been at the university less than 6 months pay a reduced initiation fee of $100.
• Temporary academic members working at UCSD for 3-9 months pay a $25 initiation fee.

Payment Options
You may pay your monthly dues in one of three ways:

1. Payroll Deduction (Available for members on Regental payroll.)
   • Dues are deducted monthly.
   • Please provide authorization information on the membership application.
   • First month’s dues must be paid by check.
2. Credit Card
   • Dues are billed semiannually in January and July.
   • Please provide credit card information on the membership application.
3. Check
   • Dues are billed semiannually in January and July.
   • Make checks payable to UCSD Faculty Club.

Note: Dues may be prorated when appropriate.
